SHIPPING POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS. 

EXPECTED SHIPPING TIMELINE 

All orders are made to order. The processing and creation of your item typically 4 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and you will be contacted with a tracking number for the package. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on location. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Customers can expect to receive their order within approximately 6–10 business days from the order date, excluding weekends and holidays. 

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABLITY

Once an order has been shipped and a shipping confirmation has been provided, Vitreum III is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage include up to $100 of shipping insurance provided by USPS. Coverage applies once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Any issues that occur after shipment must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier. Customers may be required to file a claim directly with USPS. We will provide any information needed to assist customers in filing a claim with USPS.


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

We reserve the right to accept/decline refunds,returns, or exchanges on a case by case basis. Please note that all item sizes and materials are listed under each item description and we do not accept returns unless the item arrived defective or is significantly different than what is listed on the site.
